The Chronicle of Philanthropy summarizes our service in the title: Evaluation Service Helps Small Donors Make Giving Decisions Like the Wealthy Do. While attempting to create controversy between Intelligent Philanthropy and other online charity evaluators, Suzanne Perry of the Chronicle highlights how "up-to-date" our charity information is compared to other options. She reviews the "health and performance standards" we recommend for evaluating each charity's operations and impact. And ultimately the article explores the question: should simple formulas be used to evaluate charities?

Stanford Magazine shows how we structure smart grants for clients

Giving the same money so charities can do the same thing year after year is not sustainable. So Excellence in Giving structured one client's $600,000 grant to invest in a revenue-generating ($2.5mm over 10 years), job-creating (32 new jobs and counting) project so that one international charity can help more kids and never need another grant to run the same programs. Stanford thinks it's one of the most impressive reports from the field so they published the story.

Cook Children's honors Dillard Family Generosity

Excellence in Giving clients Jeff & Kelly Dillard were honored at Cook Children's 2013 Donor Appreciation Dinner. The Dillards funded an end-of-life family care suite and cutting edge neo-natal HERO technology. We are proud to serve one of the most generous families in Texas using their resources to care for kids and families in need. Watch the video to see how their giving has made a difference in children's lives.
