Excellence in Giving Hires Texas Relationship Manager

Excellence in Giving announces the hiring of Keith Waggoner as Relationship Manager.

According to Al Mueller,  Founder and President of Excellence in Giving, "Keith Waggoner is the right man at the right time to increase and expand our services for clients in the Metroplex and throughout Texas." As a Relationship Manager for Excellence in Giving, Keith will develop and serve new client relationships.

“I couldn’t be more excited to have someone of Keith’s professional background, non-profit experience, and integrity join the Excellence in Giving team. We covered two of our bases by hiring someone with degrees from Baylor and SMU. With a recent hire from TCU, Lexi Peterson, we are still looking for an Aggie, Longhorn, and Red Raider. “

Excellence in Giving is a full service, philanthropic advisory firm serving generous families around the country, who are seeking greater joy and impact from their charitable giving. Since its founding in 2001 by Al Mueller in Colorado Springs, Excellence in Giving has been engaged by families who have made over $200 million in charitable contributions. Excellence in Giving serves clients from coast to coast from its offices in Colorado, North Carolina, and Oregon.

EIG evaluates Global Leadership Summit

Excellence in Giving designed and validated a survey instrument to assess the long-term impact of Willow Creek's Global Leadership Summit. 3,743 participants completed the survey in the U.S., creating a 3% margin of error and a 99% confidence level in the results. We identified key factors affecting impact for different types of leaders leading in different sectors.

Repeat participants reported what they had actually done or experienced in the years after the Global Leadership Summit inspired them to take action. We assessed each impact area with 2 or 3 different questions to validate results. Find excerpts from our evaluation in the promotional video below or this 2015 Global Leadership Summit promotional piece:
