Zach joined Excellence in Giving as the Chief of Staff where he is responsible for Strategic Planning and Execution, Operational Management, Marketing Strategy and Team Development.

Prior to joining Excellence in Giving, Zach worked at a publicly traded company as an IT Business Relationship Manager where he managed a portfolio of strategic IT investments.  He began his career serving in the United States Navy in various leadership and training roles based in California and Florida.

Zach holds an MBA from University of San Diego and a B.S. in International Relations from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.  He lives in Colorado Springs with his wife and 3 children.  He enjoys time in the mountains or near the ocean, reading, swimming laps, and attending sports games with his family.
