Stacy Varghese

Director of Advisory Research

Stacy is a results-driven leader who serves as the Director of Advisory Research for Excellence in Giving. With a talent for crafting effective strategies and building teams, Stacy has achieved remarkable success, driving 3x growth through the implementation of innovative technology and client research at Avail NYC, in building indigenous ministry partnerships for Global Media Outreach, and in capacity building at Teen Mania Ministries to name a few.

As the founder of Gray Square Consulting, she has trained the leaders of dozens of organizations in outcome measurement and capacity building in sectors including human trafficking, food insecurity, church engagement, evangelism, and disaster relief. Her unique approach to problem-solving and her cross-cultural background of working in 26 countries aids her in evaluating the impact of many different types of organizations.

Stacy holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a BS in Marketing from Oral Roberts University. She is a volunteer facilitator for Women Doing Well and is a member of the Gathering community. She and her husband, TJ, can often be found traveling, enjoying the outdoors, trying new restaurants and dreaming of new ways the latest technology can amplify and expand the work of great organizations.
